Demonstration Video

The video (3 minutes 58 seconds) demonstrates the use of AWARE. In it, you will see a student completing the questionnaire and producing a study action plan.  You will need your UConnect username and password.

Hints on using AWARE:

• When doing the Questionnaire answer every question by selecting yes or no. You will not be able to proceed to the next screen if you have not answered all the questions.

• At the bottom of the final question screen select Personal Report. The next screen will list a series of possible concerns.  You must select three of these concerns for future action. 

• Associated with each Concern is a series of web pages with information to assist you address the stated concern. These are called Concern Descriptions. Take some time to peruse these and the associated web pages as you decide what possible actions you might take.

• When you are ready move to the Study Action Plan screen and enter in the text boxes provided your actions associated with each concern.

• At any time you may return to the concerns screen to review the web information or to edit your concerns or actions.

• The  Study Action Plan can then be printed as documentary evidence of your participation in AWARE.  The plan has places for USQ staff to sign their confirmation of your completion of the stated actions.

• If you do not complete AWARE at your first attempt you may return at another time to complete the process using your UConnect username and password.

• To exit AWARE close the window
