We offer programs and courses in the following disciplines:

Biomedical Science/Human Biology is the study of the human organism as a functional unit at anatomical, physiological, biochemical (and psychological) levels and its relationship to other organisms and their environments.
Wine Science is designed to equip graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills for careers in the wine industry.
Sustainability Science - provides environmental and resource managers and other professionals with appropriate formal instruction to enhance their skills and knowledge in the emerging discipline of sustainability science.
Combined Degrees are offered to students to expand their employment opportunities upon graduation by providing a combination of professional skills and knowledge that one degree cannot.
