Areas of Study

We offer programs and courses in the following disciplines:

  • Biomedical Science/Human Biology is the study of the human organism as a functional unit at anatomical, physiological, biochemical (and psychological) levels and its relationship to other organisms and their environments. 
       
  • Wine Science is designed to equip graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills for careers in the wine industry.

  • Sustainability Science - provides environmental and resource managers and other professionals with appropriate formal instruction to enhance their skills and knowledge in the emerging discipline of sustainability science.

  • Combined Degrees are offered to students to expand their employment opportunities upon graduation by providing a combination of professional skills and knowledge that one degree cannot.
