How to pay

USQ Residential Colleges provides a number of options for payment of accommodation fees. The University accepts Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Biller and reference numbers appear on invoices and statements.

Mail

Payment by mail (cheque, money order, bank draft or credit card) with the payee noted as The University of Southern Queensland may be made to:

Telephone

To pay via a credit card, phone the USQ Residential Colleges on +61 7 4631 2450 and provide:

• student name
• student number
• amount to be paid
• type of credit card
• cardholders name
• credit card number and expiry date.

In person

Payment in person may be made at the Residential Colleges Administration office at McGregor College by cash, cheque, money order, credit card or EFTPOS. Cashier hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm (AEST), Monday - Friday.

Direct debit

Payment by direct debit (direct deposit, Internet banking or telegraphic transfer) may be made to the following account:

Centrelink

Centrelink offers a service to students whereby deductions may be made from an entitlement/allowance direct to the University. Contact Centrelink or the Residential Colleges Administration Office for further information. When completing the form, enter the University's Centrepay Reference Number (CRN) 555 051 481S in Part B question 4.
