Application for June/July Recess Accommodation (PDF* 55 KB) To apply for accommodation requirements over the recess period Complete by Friday 24 May 2013
Application for Continuation of Residency in Semester 2 2013 (PDF* 46 KB) To apply for continuation of residency in Residential Colleges during Semester 2 2013  Complete by Friday 24 May 2013
Rent Reduction Form (PDF* 31 KB) To apply for a reduction in fees while away from the Colleges on practical course work eg. teaching or nursing Complete prior to departure and return to the office for approval
Application for Extension of Time to Pay Residential Fees Form (PDF* 46 KB) To apply for an extension of time to pay fees in extenuating circumstances Complete and submit to the office prior to the due date for payment of fees
BBQ Request Form (PDF* 39 KB) For block of residents to request weekend BBQs, replacing normal meals in the Dining Hall Complete and give to Senior Resident Advisor on the Monday prior to weekend.
