As a college resident, there are a few vital resources published to make your experience at the residential colleges the best it can be. These publications are designed to assist and provide you with relevant important information about college life.

Readmission Process

You have to apply for readmission every year you plan to stay at one of the Toowoomba Residential Colleges. There are certain steps to this process and they are as follows:

  1. Complete the Readmission Form (PDF 50 KB) towards the end of Semester 2, advising whether or not you plan to continue your residency in the following year..

Forms

Forms for completion by residents upon arrival and during the semester: 
 
Form Purpose of form Completion instructions
Emergency Information Form (PDF 76 KB) For use in a medical emergency.  Complete upon arrival and return to the office.
Resident Room Condition Report (PDF 57 KB)  To confirm room inventory and any existing damage.   Complete upon arrival and return to the office. 
Rent Reduction Form (PDF 31 KB)  To apply for a reduction in fees while away from the Colleges on practical course work eg teaching or nursing.   Complete prior to departure and return to the office for approval. 
Application for Extension of Time to Pay Residential Fees Form (PDF 46 KB) To apply for an extension of time to pay fees in extenuating circumstances. Complete and submit to the office prior to the due date for payment of fees.
Vacation  Form (PDF 50 KB)

To apply to stay or have room held during vacation periods.

Complete by due date (on form) and return to the office.
BBQ Request Form (PDF 39 KB)  For blocks of residents to request weekend BBQs, replacing normal meals in the Dining Hall.  Complete and give to Senior Resident Fellow on the Monday prior to weekend.

Information Technology

Operational support guidelines are available for internet access and telephone voice mail, which is accessible to all current residents.
