What is supplied?

The following items are supplied in each room at Steele Rudd College:

• bed
• mattress
• mattress cover
• pillow
• pillow case
• two sheets
• two blankets
• one bedspread
• heater
• desk
• bookshelf located above desk
• chair
• desk light
• rubbish tidy
• key
• telephone handset
• PC network cable

If you have chosen the self-catered option, you will have access to a fully-equipped kitchen including:

• cook-top
• oven
• refrigerator
• sink
• microwave oven
• toaster
• kettle
• storage cupboards
• dining table and chairs

What to bring?

When moving on college, you might like to consider bringing some of the following things with you:

• doona (if desired)
• small linen basket
• towel/s
• face washer
• coathangers
• computer (if desired)
• additional pillow (if required)
• washing detergent for personal washing
• pegs
• bath mat
• personal bathroom items
• powerboard

If you have chosen the self-catered option, you will also need to bring:

• cutlery
• crockery
• kitchen utensils
• dishwashing liquid
• tea towels
• cleaning items

In the past, some students have brought TVs, DVD players, music systems and small fans and fridges. These extras are optional given that TVs, VCRs, DVD players and fridges are provided in each of the Steele Rudd common rooms.
