Renzo Mori Junior is conducting his PhD in 'Reducing the stakeholders’ assurance expectation-performance gap for Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) sustainability reports in Brazil'.

Renzo's research aims to assess the extent of the stakeholders' assurance expectation-performance gap for Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) sustainability reports, understand the components of the gap, identify the reasons for the gap and propose ways to reduce this gap. His study will also propose the GRI's content index table as an instrument to improve transparency and some recommendations to reduce the stakeholders' assurance expectation-performance gap in the current assurance process for GRI reports.
