Hi, my name is Bernadette Pryde and I work here within the School of Creative Arts in the Theatre discipline and I am a voice teacher and I’m also an acting coach.

In my studio what I focus on is helping young actors develop their voices, their bodies, their emotions and their imagination so that when they go out in to the industry as professional actors they can fulfil any acting task that is required of them. We have a lot of fun, a lot of laughs but we also work very hard. It is very focused and very intensive work and requires a real commitment to wanting to be the best actor that you can possibly be.

Here in the School of Creative Arts Theatre discipline we aim to enable emerging artists which basically means that our aim here within the acting studio is to enable young people in order to be the best actors that can be and revolutionize acting in this country and maybe internationally.
