Twilight Trio Recital
Three outstanding Toowoomba musicians - Nicola Hayden (flute), Matthew Henry (cello) and Phillip Gearing (harpsichord, piano) - collaborate to bring you a delightful chamber music recital.
Trio Brioso opens with a flute sonate of the great master, Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750). This is followed by the charming and elegant Sonata da camera by Franz Xaver Richter (1709-1789). The effervescent Trio for Flute, Cello and Piano by Bohuslav Martinu (1890-1959) brings the recital to a sparkling close.
