You can make a booking by:

On-line

Tickets and subscription packages can be purchased ON-LINE using your Visa or Mastercard and tickets will be mailed to you or held at the Box Office for collection.

Dial 'n' Charge

Visacard/MasterCard - credit card details can be taken over the telephone +61 7 4631 1111 and tickets will be mailed to you or held at the Box Office for collection.

Mail

Cheques made payable to 'USQ Artsworx' can be mailed to the Box Office and tickets will be sent via return mail or held at the Box Office for collection on the day of the show. Post to:

In Person

Tickets can be purchased over the counter at the USQ Artsworx Box Office - located in A Block on USQ's Toowoomba campus - open 10.00am-4.00pm weekdays. The Box Office is also open one hour prior to each performance when tickets can also be purchased subject to availability.

Ticket Exchange and Cancellations

Tickets may be exchanged (for most performances) up to 24 hours prior to the performance, subject to availability. Refunds for cancellations are only available in special circumstances. We are unable to offer refunds after the commencement of a season.

Lost Tickets

If tickets are lost please contact the Box Office for replacement tickets to be issued.

Wheelchair Access

Both the USQ Arts Theatre and Concert Hall have wheelchair access however, there are only a limited number of spaces are available for wheelchair seating/parking. Please advise the Box Office staff when you make your booking if you require special seating allocation.
