Credit card details can be taken over the telephone +61 7 4631 1111 and tickets will be mailed to you or held at the Box Office for collection.

Email

Simply email the Box Office boxoffice@usq.edu.au, making note of the performance, date and number of seats required, and your booking will be processed and confirmed via return email.

Mail

Cheques made payable to 'USQ Artsworx' can be mailed to the Box Office and tickets will be sent via return mail or held at the Box Office for collection on the day of the show. Post to:

In Person

Tickets can be purchased over the counter at the USQ Artsworx Box Office - located at the corner of T and L Blocks on the USQ campus (opposite the Recreation Centre). Office hours are 9.00am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-5.00pm weekdays and one hour prior to each performance.

Ticket Exchange and Cancellations

Tickets may be exchanged (for most performances) up to 24 hours prior to the performance, subject to availability. Refunds for cancellations are only available in special circumstances. We are unable to offer refunds after the commencement of a season.

Lost Tickets

If tickets are lost please contact the Box Office for replacement tickets to be issued.

Wheelchair Access

Patrons requiring wheelchair access can be accommodated at all performance venues. Please advise the Box Office when you make your booking.
