USQ Artsworx offers you the chance to combine a great night out at the theatre with a fabulous fundraising opportunity.
Simply by pre-purchasing a group of tickets for a show, you can begin fund-raising activities and save.
Block bookings of tickets can be purchased at substantially discounted rates, then resold at the advertised price allowing you to keep the balance. Otherwise, you may simply wish to pass the discount onto your group members by offering them tickets at greatly reduced prices.
Make your night a social event by including a function either before the show or during interval for your group. Simply increase the ticket price to cover the catering costs or have members and guests 'bring a plate'.
You need only pre-sell the tickets, we take care of all your arrangements on the night, allowing you to relax and enjoy the show with your friends. Our staff are there to help make your evening a success.
We make it easy for you:
we supply you with a set of tickets, box/seating plans and publicity material (flyers and posters);
on the evening, we provide all the necessary infrastructure at no cost including House Manager, Ushers, Program Sellers and Refreshment Bar Staff;
a catering set-up and clean-up service is provided at a very reasonable rate - $20.00 (groups 20-50) - $30.00 (groups 50-100) - $50.00 (groups >100);
a great way to boost your profit on the night is to include a lucky-door-prize and/or sell a raffle to raise additional funds. You need only get some prizes together and a set of raffle tickets – and we'll provide the ticket sellers; and
final payment is not due until the evening of the performance - either via cash, cheque or account.
Ticket prices for group bookings vary depending on the night (weekday or weekend) and the number of tickets purchased. Needless-to-say, the greater the number of tickets purchased, the smaller the ticket price.
