Alex Power is just a normal boy – and normally this would be ok – but not when you’re the son of a famous crime-fighting superhero duo.

His older sister manipulates time with a flick of her ponytail and even his little brother can control the weather by hopping on one leg but the best Alex can do is level 7 in Ratchet & Clank on PlayStation!

So it’s off to the world’s most exclusive school for superhero hopefuls for Alex.

Skeeters School for Successful Superheroes tells the story of normal, everyday kids on their journey to bring out the super within … with a sneaky meaningful message in there as well:

  • be happy with who you are;
  • the importance of team work;
  • never judge a book by its cover; and
  • multiculturalism.

This play has been written especially for children aged eight years and up, but will also appeal to younger children.
