Your professional development with USQ
At USQ we recognise that in today’s highly competitive marketplace, it is important to keep your knowledge and credentials up to date. We also know how difficult this is when you are working and trying to juggle family and work commitments.
We understand that small business owners, executives and those wanting to improve their career potential, need flexibility and convenience in their professional development options. At USQ we pride ourselves on being flexible and supportive to our students. This is why we have developed this series of Short Professional Development Courses.
- MBA courses broken into ‘bite sized chunks’
- Only 5-7 weeks for each course
- Study can be used to gain credit towards an MBA degree or Postgraduate Certificate in Business
- Fully on-line
- Tax deductible*
What courses can I study?
Each of the courses has been chosen to provide value to small business owners by focusing on many of the business basics required to run a successful operation. These courses are also relevant for those who just want to improve their employability and general business knowledge.
Does the course involve assessment?
Our course design is flexible, recognising that you may just want to know the information, but may not be interested in completing formal assessment. With the USQ Short Professional Development Courses, you can elect whether you want to take the assessment module or not – it’s that simple.
We also understand that you may want this effort to count, so we will allow those who take and pass the assessment to use these courses as credit towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and/or an MBA (conditions apply contact us for more details).
Cost
The cost is $615 (including GST) per course. The only other thing you will need to purchase is a text book.
