The Journal of Management Practice is a theme-based electronic journal developed by the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Southern Queensland, to cover all aspects of management practice. It serves as an electronic forum for practitioners, consultants, academics, business leaders, entrepreneurs and students worldwide to publish their ideas and experiences, and share their knowledge on contemporary management issues. Changing technology, the demands of increasingly sophisticated consumers, a more educated and professional workforce, globalisation and high-pressure competition are some of the trends that have introduced more complexity, diversity and stress to the practice of entrepreneurship, management, leadership and professional business service. The journal provides an avenue for reflecting currency, relevancy and value in the debates and research on what constitutes sound practice.
