USQ Law School staff undertake research in several areas of commercial law and taxation studies. Recognising that the rules adopted in these fields of law have the potential to profoundly affect the economic order of society, our researchers seek to promote a clear understanding of the law in this area, examine whether current law adequately serves the interests of the nation’s economic system and explore ways in which the rules can be reformed to better the needs of our society.
