Re-enrol each semester

Information is provided to students to assist them to successfully enrol each semester.

Deferment or leave of absence

If you have just gained entry to a tertiary program, but have not yet enrolled, a deferment or leave of absence enables you to delay the commencement of your studies.

Information you need to know before you change your program of study or major.

Timetables

You are encouraged to refer to the class timetables for details of class times and locations.

Examination timetables are available approximately six weeks prior to the start of each exam period.

Any problems associated with the Faculty of Business and Law timetable should be referred to the Assessments Officers on telephone: +61 7 4631 1251.

Assessment

Student assessment is administered in accordance with relevant Faculty policy and the Assessment Policy. You are expected to familiarise yourself with the policies and regulations which regulate the environment and academic affairs of the University.

Assessment results

You can access your assignment marks from the UDo tab of UConnect.

Final grade results are released to all students approximately two weeks after the end of each examination period. A results legend is available to explain grades and the grading system.

Plagiarism and referencing

The unauthorised use of other people's words for a student's own purposes is not permitted in assignments. There are a number of strategies and methods you can use avoid plagiarism.

You are required to follow a consistent and recognised system of referencing for written assignments.

Graduation

Graduation ceremonies celebrate and mark the transition from student to graduate and are held throughout the year at various locations in Australia and overseas.
