School of Information SystemsWelcome to Information Systems at USQ Our information systems programs cater for students with a range of backgrounds and experience. There are majors in the Bachelor of Information Technology in information technology management and net technologies. Both these majors can be undertaken in the Bachelor of Business also. Indeed, in a recent national report it is clear from employers that they favour IT graduates with business studies or experience. For students with a degree there is also a Master of Information Technology (Professional) which is usually taken by students who have a degree in an area other than information technology or information systems. All these programs have professional accreditation with the Australian Computer Society. We are aware of the many commitments students have so our courses are available by face-to-face on-campus teaching and by distance education with a variety of study materials and using innovative technologies.
Whether you are a current or future student of information systems, please make yourself known to any of the School's staff: we are ready to help you achieve your goals!
