Getting to USQ Springfield

From Brisbane

1. From the city, take the Centenary Highway heading west.
    
2. When you reach the large roundabout which meets with Ipswich Road, go straight ahead, following the road signs to 'Springfield'.
    
3. Continue following the 'Springfield' signs. Do not exit until you see the blue 'University' sign (Springfield Greenbank Arterial Road) which you will reach after approximately 15 minutes of travel.
    
4. Turn left at the exit roundabout and then turn right at the first set of traffic lights (Sinnathamby Boulevard) leading into Education City. USQ Springfield is situated in the Education City precinct.

From Toowoomba

1. Take the Warrego Highway. On approaching the Logan Motorway exit, stay in the left lane and follow the exit onto the Logan Motorway where the sign says alternate route to the airport and Gold Coast and Logan turn off. Please be aware of roadworks in the exit area.
    

2. Take the Springfield exit on your left onto the Centenary Highway.
    
3. Continue following the 'Springfield' signs. Do not exit until you see the blue 'University' sign (Springfield Greenbank Arterial Road) which you will reach after approximately 15 minutes of travel.
    
4. Turn left at the exit roundabout and then turn right at the first set of traffic lights (Sinnathamby Boulevard) leading into Education City. USQ Springfield is situated in the Education City precinct.

Alternate Toowoomba route

With the opening of the Centenary Highway extension from Springfield to Yamanto, an alternative route between Toowoomba and USQ Springfield is now available. This route takes travellers away from the Ipswich/Logan Motorways and instead onto the Centenary and Cunningham Highways before joining up with the Warrego Highway. Travel time and distance is almost the same as the main route, but it may be preferable to use this one to avoid congestion during peak traffic periods.

Travelling from USQ Springfield campus

To Brisbane and Toowoomba

1. From the Education City precinct car park, turn left into Sinnathamby Boulevard.
    

2. At the traffic lights, turn left into Springfield Greenbank Arterial Road. Go straight through the first roundabout.
    
3. Turn right at the next roundabout into Springfield Parkway.
    
4. Turn left at the following roundabout and follow the signs to Brisbane or Ipswich/Toowoomba.
