USQ Toowoomba campus

The USQ Careers Fair is a major career event that allows employers from both Australia and off shore to promote their graduate programs to USQ students.

Student information

Students benefit from the Careers Fair by being able to talk directly with the staff that carry out the selection and recruitment for the organisation, and to apply early to secure a graduate job for the following year. This is a golden opportunity for all students (graduating and continuing) to network with employers, research available jobs, collect application information and learn how to improve your chances of gaining a graduate program.

Over 50 employers participated in the on-campus Careers Fair for 2009. In order to get the most out of the Careers Fair and to create a good first impression with employers we have provided a number of helpful tips of things to do before, during and after the Careers Fair.

Employer information

Employers benefit from the Careers Fair through promotion of their company and career opportunities to USQ students and the chance to  meet prospective employees for graduate programs. USQ produces excellent graduates from a wide range of disciplines across the faculties of Business, Engineering, Education, Science and Arts.

The Careers Fair is held early in first semester each year at the Toowoomba campus, and is organised by the Careers & Employment team at Student Services. The 2010 USQ Career Fair will be held on Thursday 25 March from 10.30am to 2.30pm. Students from Fraser Coast and Springfield will have the opportunity to attend the fair as well.

Registrations are now open for the USQ 2010 Careers Fair and can be found on the employer page.
