ABC Learning Centre is now owned and operated by the not-for-profit syndicate Goodstart Childcare Limited, making a new chapter for our organisation, our staff and families.

We are committed to extensive and ongoing investment in our staff so that they realise their full potential as Early Learning Professionals.
We deliver structured personal and professional development programs and access to nationally recognised training courses at Goodstart Training College.

Positions available 

trainee
an excellent way to start your career. Gain on the job training from our own registered training organisation and study towards a Certificate III in Children’s Services.

cook
nutrition and food handling/preparation qualifications preferred. Must have previous experience working as a cook (or similar) and be well organised.

Assistant
Must have completed a minimum qualification of Certificate III Children’s Services (or equivalent) or be willing to undertake studies to complete this qualification.

Group Leader
A Room Leader is responsible for the care and education for the children within their room. Must hold a minimum qualification of Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent).

Early Childhood Teacher
Must have completed a degree or diploma in early childhood education from a university.

Centre Director
Responsible for the operation of the centre. Previous Centre Director or 2IC experience preferred. Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification preferred but not essential.
