What can I expect from the Graduate Development Program?
- 3 year structured program
- Regular rotations, with the placements at our corporate offices in Brisbane and Perth, and at open-cut and underground mine sites across Australia giving you the opportunity to live and work in different parts of Australia. There could even be opportunities to visit our overseas operations!
- You will be partnered with a dedicated Mentor who will give you regular career development feedback and advice to ensure you are heading in the right direction
- You will be allocated a Career Champion, usually an Executive level manager within the business, who will assist and guide your development from a strategic level
- Industry leading cash remuneration packages, along with all the benefits that come with working with the Downer team
- We can provide study assistance for additional courses that are relevant to your graduate role or as part of your career development plan so that you can continue to grow with the business. You'll also have access to numerous internal and external training activities within the business

Where Are We?
Downer EDI Mining has operations nationally and internationally, including Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales, New Zealand and PNG. There are also Drill & Blast contracts throughout Australia, and our tyre management business, Otraco which operates internationally.
Our wide range of services include open-cut and underground mining, drill & blast services, tyre management, civil earthworks projects and maintenance crews.
