Keep the conversation going when sourcing top talent by attending the USQ Career Fair!

The 2012 USQ Career Fair will be held on Wednesday 21 March 2012 at the Toowoomba campus.

The USQ Career Fair is a major career event that allows employers from across Australia and internationally to profile their organisation and promote various career opportunities to USQ students. Whether you are looking to fill graduate, vacation, cadetship, internship, work experience or other positions, the 2012 USQ Career Fair will connect you to our student cohort.

USQ operates two types of Career Fairs – a traditional on-campus Career Fair and a web based e-Career Fair.

On-Campus Careers Fair

The traditional on-campus Career Fair always attracts worthy candidates for graduate programs.  You have an opportunity to talk to students and join with other employers who present their organisation in a busy market atmosphere.

The Career Fair will be returning to the recently renovated USQ Refectory in 2012 to ensure maximum student attendance. The USQ Career Fair is a professional forum designed to allow interaction with potential employees and the distribution of company literature. It is a great chance to speak directly with graduands, answer enquiries from interested students and promote the job opportunities available within the organisation.

In 2012 a free bus service will be available to our Fraser Coast and Springfield campus students, which will increase exposure at the USQ Career Fair.

Registration for the on-campus Career Fair will include:
  • Booth area: 2.4m wide x 1.2m deep (option to upgrade)

e-Career Fair (Online)

The e-Career Fair was initiated in recognition of the growth in online recruiting and rise in Web 2 Technologies. USQ is renowned for our quality and emphasis on distance education. For this reason we have a large number of students studying externally around the world. The e-Careers Fair provides a 3D booth in the virtual Careers Fair environment, a short profile on your company and graduate program, as well as a link to your website and promotional material.

It is an efficient method of promoting your graduate programs and enables you to reach our 18 000 distance students instantly. The USQ e-Career Fair offers incredible distribution at minimal cost, running for one month.

Registration for the online e-Career Fair will include set up and execution in the 3D environment of a:
