Win an iPad 2!

What organisations are coming?
In 2012 USQ students can meet with over 140 employer delegates from organisations representing all disciplines on campus at the annual Careers Fair. Students will have an opportunity to talk directly with the staff that perform the selection and recruitment for their organisation. This is a golden opportunity for all students (graduating and continuing) to network with employers, research available jobs, collect application information and learn how to improve your chances of gaining a graduate program.
When do graduate programs close?
Most of the large organisation recruit in March/April and make final offers to students by June/July. These successful students can then relax with the knowledge that they have a job waiting for them in January of the following year.
What if I am not graduating this year?
Career Fair is not an event for just final year students. Students from all cohorts can gain valuable information from the Career Fair about how to prepare for the world of work. Students can gain information not only about Graduate Programs, but also speak to organisations about Vacation Employment, Cadetships, Insternships and Work Experience Opportunities. Employer delegates can also provide you with useful information on how to improve your employability skills and enhance your prospects of gaining employment.
What if I am not on-campus?
There will be free shuttle buses running from our Fraser Coast and Springfield campuses, to the Toowomba campus for those students wishing to travel and attend the on-campus Career Fair.
Springfield - Departing Springfield Campus at 9am and arriving back at 3.30pm.
Fraser Coast - Departing Fraser Coast Campus at 6am, stops into Maryborough at 6.30am and arriving back at Maryborough at 6pm and Hervey Bay at 6.30pm.
Distance education or online students who are not located in these areas can also have access to the career opportunities offered at the on-campus Career Fair through the online e-Career Fair.
e-Career Fair

Employer contact details are also made available on through e-Career Fair so that you can contact them with your employment related queries.
