During the end of year period, the University will be closed between Tuesday 25 December 2012 and Tuesday 1 January 2013 inclusive. Normal operations for all areas will resume on Wednesday 2 January 2013.
During this period however, the following sections of the University will operate as follows:
Monday 24 December 2012
In addition, a number of work areas will offer limited services on Monday 24 December 2012.
The University will be totally secured over the closure period with access to required work areas, lunch rooms etc by prior arrangement only. Buildings will not be routinely opened. Faculties and Sections are requested to contact University Security via email prior to 21 December 2012 if assistance is required to unlock a particular area during that period.
In the event of an emergency during this period, please contact University Security personnel in the first instance on ext 2871 or Direct Dial to the Security mobile telephone (0412 716 838). Security in turn will contact Campus Services "on-call" staff and/or contractors to attend as necessary.
