Thank you for your interest in becoming a Corporate Club member.

By completing a Membership Application, you will join over 200 businesses that have already discovered the advantages of being a member of the USQ Corporate Club.

• $370 (incl GST) – regular membership, two complimentary invitations

• $550 (incl GST) – upgraded membership, 3 – 5 complimentary invitations

• $250 (incl GST) – not for profit membership, 2 complimentary invitations

• $225 (incl. GST) - individual membership, 1 complimentary invitation

This annual membership fee entitles you to nominate company representatives to attend the series of monthly functions and for your organisation to take advantage of many professional and social benefits.

Once you submit this application form, we will send you a tax invoice for payment of your annual membership fee.
