USQ Works
The USQ Corporate Club is delighted to offer discounted membership and joining fees to the USQ Works Health and Recreation Club.
USQ Works is located at the Clive Berghofer Centre, Baker Street, Toowoomba.
The below membership options are open to all Corporate Club member’s employees, allowing employees to enjoy the exercise and fitness programs offered at USQ Works.
Membership options

Option 1 – Employee individual membership*
• Direct Debit Membership - $31.00 per fortnight
• No joining fee – a saving of $99.00
* This is an ongoing membership which requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. Cancellations require 30 days written notice. Proof of employment is required.

Option 2 – Company funded membership*
• $65 per month per employee
• Monthly invoice directly to Company
* Cancellations require 30 days written notice.

Option 3 – 10 Pass Visit
• Discounted rate of $104.00 per pass (normally $150).
*Proof of employment is required.

Employee Health Assessment*
• $65 per employee
• Catered to Company needs
• Includes pressure test, blood glucose test, girth measurements, the beep test and other fitness measurements
• Can be conducted on site or at USQ Works
*One off assessment, does not include membership of any kind

All USQ Works memberships include
• Membership Card
• An initial consultation with one of our gym instructors, which includes a health check and gym program and a training diary is provided
• Follow up consultations are offered every 8-12 weeks
• Full use of our cardio theatre, weights room and group exercise classes create link to timetable from this wording
• Complimentary breakfast Monday to Friday from 5.30am – 9.30am
• Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lockers
• Complimentary Initial Personal Training Session
