Companies become valued members of the USQ Corporate Club through the payment of an annual membership fee:

Membership entitles you to attend monthly networking functions and to take advantage of the various professional and social benefits provided to Corporate Club members.

The Membership Agreement (PDF 85KB) should be read in conjunction with the above information.

How to apply

• Download a copy of the above Membership Agreement form (PDF 85KB) and Business Details form (PDF 102KB).
• Print both forms and fill in your details 
• Sign the printed Membership Agreement 
• Return the forms via:

Once you have submitted the Membership Agreement form and Business Details form, we will send you a tax invoice for payment of your annual membership fee.

How to update your business details

If you wish to update your business details, download a copy of the Business Details form (PDF 102KB), fill in your details and return to USQ Corporate Club as per the above contact details.
