Contact usRebekah Davidson, Executive Officer to Council Sam Tickell, Senior Commitees Officer The Senior Committees Officer is responsible for the provision of administrative support, at an executive level, to the VIce-Chancellor and the Chairs of the University's major management committees on the management of business of those Committees. The position is Committee Services Officer to the Senior Leadership Committee, Planning, Quality and Review Committee, Budget Management Committee and the Staff Development Committee. The Senior Committees Officer is also the University Publications Coordinator and is assigned with the responsibility of managing the production and publication of the Annual Report. Jessica Hjertum, Administration Officer The Administration Officer provides secretarial and administrative support to the Director and Associate Director, Corporate Services. The main duties comprise administrative assistance with University Council and Committees business and maintenance of Council statistics and records. The Administration Officer also manages the University Calendar which is updated regularly, and maintains the Calendar website entries. Derek Turner, Corporate Records Manager, Freedom of Information Coordinator The Corporate Records Manager is responsible for the effective management of the section (USQ Corporate Records, Student Records, USQ Archives and Record Keeping and Privacy Information Standards) and its resources, including team leadership. In addition, the Manager is appointed by the Vice-Chancellor as the University Freedom of Information (FOI) Coordinator and manages the FOI policy and procedures for the University. Sheree Schott, Office Manager, Records The Office Manager provides effective team leadership, for the section. Provides assistance to the Corporate Records Manager in the provision of up-to-date records and information management systems. The Office Manager also undertakes purchasing tasks for the Records section. Heather Kitzelmann, Lynda Hayward and Alan Leerentveld, Records Officers The Records Officers are responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Student Records management system controlling the official USQ student files. The Records Officers also make a significant contribution towards the development of an enhanced records and information system and provide appropriate support as required for the USQ Corporate Records. |
