In addition, the practical component of GIS project planning and implementation will be applied in a small GIS project. This course will involve the use of an industry standard GIS software package.
OBJECTIVES:
On completion of this course, students should be able to:
- know and apply major spatial analysis functions and operations;
- design a map and produce hardcopy products;

| 2. |
Students must retain a copy of each item submitted for assessment. This must be despatched to USQ within 24 hours if required by the Examiner. |
| 3. |
