Synopsis

Students undertaking this course will have an opportunity to develop their personal skills using a variety of instruments including voice and tuned and un-tuned percussion. Skills will be enhanced to provide basic skills sufficient for devising classroom activities. Students will also explore aural attributes relating to pitch, time and rhythm. Additionally, students will investigate theory elements such as harmony and melody and explore compositions from both a visual and aural perspective.
