Synopsis

This course introduces the theory and examines the practice of workplace management and communication, examining the impact these theories and practices have on nominated work environments. Issues such as strategic mamagement, people management, financial management, change leadership and leadership will be examined. The learner will evaluate his/her personnel management and communication style, determining how it influences his/her ability to operate as a professional trainer and/or manager of a learning environment.
