Units 1.0 (Drama and Theatre Studies) Band 1

Pre-requisite: STM2021 and Students must be enrolled in Program: BTHR

Synopsis

This course develops an understanding of, and practice in, design for the theatre. Students will be introduced to the further theory and practice of stage design, and the role of the designer in professional theatre. Practical skills include working in scale, basic technical and construction drawing, basic model making and basic costume design.
