Synopsis

The nervous, endocrine, reproductive, cardiovascular, respiratory and renal systems of animals are introduced. This is followed by a study of plant reproductive processes and secondary tissue formation and an overview of plant physiology. We next examine Mendelian genetics in detail. Finally, we explore evolution - the process by which organisms change over time. The residential school is a compulsory component of the external offering of this course.
