Synopsis

This course examines the concepts, nomenclature and some diagnostic procedures associated with disease states, the principles of inheritance, tissue maintenance and neoplasia, the physiology and pathophysiology of blood, body fluid maintenance, nutrition, metabolism, and the pathophysiology of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems and some aspects of nutrition, digestion and metabolism systems.
