Synopsis

Wine Business Management offers students an opportunity to undertake an in depth study of different aspects of the wine industry with the objective of increasing their knowledge and capability to develop and manage sustainable wine businesses. Shortly after the beginning of the semester, students will work in teams to undertake a practically oriented applied wine business project with a particular focus on the wine industry. Students will develop the subject of the project, its scope, objectives, design, methodology and types of analysis in collaboration with the course leader. Each group will be responsible for the execution of the project and submission of a final written project report.
