THE2011 Acting Option 1 (FOART)

Units 1.0 (Drama and Theatre Studies) Band 1

Pre-requisite: THE1021 and THE1022 and THE1001 and Students must be enrolled in the following Program: BCRA

For entry into the Acting Option students must successfully complete the audition process.

Synopsis

The various performance skills demanded of the actor are addressed in this course. Vocal and physical competencies and improvisation skills are developed. The Stanislavski method of acting is examined in workshop and performance projects.
