Synopsis

This course continues the study of property law commenced in Advanced Property Law A. It looks at particular issues of real property law in greater depth which are important to understanding the practical and commercial context of property transactions. Topics covered will include the concept of land, fixtures, torrens title land, mortgages, easements and other encumbrances and leases.
