Synopsis
Wine Business Management is a self-directed, integrated, learning opportunity to enable the student to demonstrate assimilated learning. Students will be introduced to the concepts of sustainable business management. Shortly thereafter students will be divided into teams (where practical) to undertake practically oriented applied projects each with a particular focus on the wine industry. Ideally, the subject of each project, its scope, objectives and methodology will be developed in collaboration with both the wine industry and the course leader. Each project team (or individual) will be responsible for the execution of the project and submission of a final project report for assessment.
