Synopsis

Business success is dependent upon effective administration. Every individual, irrespective of their specialist expertise, requires a knowledge of administrative techniques. This course provides a manager's perspective of a number of administrative tasks encountered in the effective operation of an organisation. Having completed this course, students should be able to plan and organise a range of administrative functions in support of an organisation's operations.
