SynopsisThis course will introduce the leading technologies in gene manipulation, bioengineering, cell culture, nanotechnology, fermentation science, biochemistry and microbiology. The current and future applications of these technologies across a range of fields including primary, secondary and tertiary industries, health and the environment will be discussed.
