Other requisitesRecommended pre-requisites: CSC1401 SynopsisIn this course, students will be introduced to a range of software development tools. Particular attention will be given to configuration management tools (used to build programs from component parts, and to manage the development of the components), common scripting languages and debuggers. The emphasis will be upon tools available under the Unix family of operating systems, though most of the tools are available under other operating environments. A range of the more commonly used general Unix tools will also be covered. Course offers
