Students require a portable CD player and headphones for the Module B examination.

Synopsis

This course studies contrapuntal and harmonic styles in both written and aural contexts, with particular emphasis on Renaissance and Baroque counterpoint. It also further develops aural acuity, especially in multilinear music textures.
