Other requisitesThis course is equivalent to CIV2601. Students cannot enrol in CMG2001 if they have successfully completed CIV2601. SynopsisThe course outlines the principles of modern civil engineering construction management, and develops skills in the taking off of quantities, the preparation of engineering estimates and the preparation of construction programmes. Aspects of contract supervision are examined, particularly the use of the Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract.
