Synopsis

In this course the changing world of work is explored within the broader context of change in society. This leads to an examination of essential behavioural differences and dynamics in respect of people in relation to the organisations where they work. The challenges related to enhancing work performance and improving quality of work life are also investigated, and so too in particular the role that work organisation or design can play in this regard.
