Able

Able offers a program for intellectually impaired members of the community to take part in a series of workshops and acts to provide a better understanding of these participants to the broader community. The 2007 ABLE program was a series of four Modules, each with six workshops. Each three hour workshop addressed a different facet of performance and drama, allowing continuing and new students, knowledge of drama and introduced them to the creation of a performance product of which was performed in the last workshop of module four of the program. This performance allowed the participants to showcase the skills acquired through the program and the opportunity to express them through performance.
