Evaluation of Live Life Healthy Program - Fraser Coast Regional Council

The Live Life Healthy Program - Communities initiative Healthy (LLHP) is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.  The LLHP has a mission 'to provide community wide access to holistic services specifically tailored to enhance the well-being of community people, through a collaborative, integrated approach'.

CRRAH is commissioned to conduct an independent evaluation of this program.
