Researchers in this group share a vision of working together with the teaching profession to enhance pedagogy and raise the professional image of educators. They undertake research and professional consultancy initiatives in conjunction with the teaching profession in order to enhance the quality of education reform and enrich the meaning and practice of educational leadership.
