Academic transcripts

An Academic Transcript is an official statement detailing your academic record for the period of your enrolment at USQ. It includes:

  • details of all programs
  • grades achieved in courses
  • exemptions granted
  • graduation and course status details.

How to request an official copy

To obtain an official copy of your official academic transcript:

Postage of your transcript

Your transcript will usually be posted within 5 working days of receiving the request (except during peak periods when it will be despatched as soon as possible). Official academic transcripts cannot be faxed, scanned or emailed to you.

Transcripts can be couriered to your nominated address for an additional charge of AUD11.00 (Express Post within Australia and international courier service for overseas destinations). Please note that some international courier do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Transcript costs

Transcripts are ordered at a cost of AUD15.00 per copy or AUD30.00 for 3 copies. Payment can be made by cheque, money order or credit card and should be included when submitting your request. Please note that USQ assumes no responsibility for the safety of credit card details sent by email.

If you are paying by cheque or money order please make it payable to the University of Southern Queensland. Please ensure that cheque or money orders are securely stapled to the request form.

How to print your academic history

To print your academic history/unofficial academic transcript:

  • go to UConnect
  • select the Udo tab
  • click on the Student Centre
  • select other options and in the drop down box select Transcript: View Unofficial.

This will open a PDF document in a new browser window or tab, so please ensure your browser configurations allow pop-ups. Please note that printing off your academic history is not an Official Academic Transcript.
