The Student Centre includes a raft of features to help you manage your enrolment and fees at USQ. Check these out:
Use the My Planner feature to build an enrolment plan for your whole program. Once you have set up your study plan in My Planner, it will help streamline the process when you enrol each year.
For on-campus students, choosing class timetables and enrolling in courses and tutorials will become a much simpler process. You can use the new Enrolment Cart to plan your semester enrolment and decide your timetable all at the same time. When you’re happy with your Enrolment Cart, just check it out with a few simple clicks to complete the enrolment process.
Keep an eye out for the Advisor information that you will see on the Student Centre. This will give you easy access to your Student Relationship Officers and other Advisors assigned to you.
You will also see some big improvements with managing your student fees. USQ will be rolling out new on-demand electronic invoices, and you will be able to pay your tuition and other student fees online through the Student Centre (Credit Card payments only). Financial resources will now be up-to-date and accessible 24/7 all year round.
Eligible Commonwealth Assisted students are able to apply for HELP loans upfront before the semester census date.
